About the Role
The Banqueting Set‑Up Crew is a vital part of our team that prepares venues for events and banquets. You will work closely with the Banqueting Manager and other staff to ensure all setups are completed on time, to a high standard, and with a focus on guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Set up banquet tables, chairs, linens, and decorations according to event plans.
- Assist with the delivery and placement of catering equipment, food, and beverage service items.
- Transport and store linens, glassware, and other banquet supplies safely.
- Maintain clean and safe work areas, following health and safety guidelines.
- Help monitor event start‑up times and coordinate with other departments.
- Support other team members as needed during peak periods.
