About the Opportunity

TotalEnergies Marketing South Africa (Pty) Ltd invites enthusiastic and motivated
learners to join our Lubricants Manufacturing Plant in Durban for a 12‑month
learnership. This fixed‑term contract is designed for young talent who hold a
National Senior Certificate (Matric) and are aiming to develop skills in the
engineering and supply chain fields.

What You Will Learn

As a learner, you will work alongside experienced engineers and technicians
across the lubricant manufacturing process. Activities include:

• Hands‑on training in mechanical, chemical, electrical, instrumentation or
  industrial engineering principles
• Support in supply chain management and logistics
• Quality control and safety procedures
• Documentation and reporting for production runs
• Collaboration with various departments to improve plant efficiency

Candidate Profile

Required Qualifications:

• National Senior Certificate (Matric)
• NTC4 Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Instrumentation or Industrial)

Additional Advantages:

• TVET qualification in Supply Chain Management and/or Logistics Management
