Job Description
What You Will Do:
As a Sales Associate at TFG Stores, you will play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your main responsibilities include:
- Acting as a brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer service and making every interaction memorable.
- Going above and beyond to meet customer needs by understanding their preferences and recommending the best products and solutions.
- Monitoring your sales performance daily and working towards meeting or exceeding your sales targets.
- Promoting a wide variety of products while staying informed about the latest trends in fashion, décor, and lifestyle.
- Proactively identifying opportunities to make new sales and build lasting customer relationships.
- Helping with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always well-stocked, organized, and ready for customers throughout the day.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification is required.
