A vacancy exists for an Insurance Administrator in Johannesburg. This role requires a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with strong administrative and accounting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1-2 years of working experience in a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills are essential, with the ability to work on complex spreadsheets.
- Experience with Accpac is a plus.
- Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in managing debtor accounts and reconciliations.
- Strong understanding of foreign creditors, foreign currency transactions, and VAT treatment.
- Good knowledge of accounting processes and data integrity.
- Experience in the insurance industry is advantageous.
- Ability to resolve queries with both internal and external parties effectively.
- Strong credit control experience and debtor reconciliation skills.
