A vacancy exists for an Audit Supervisor at a reputable and long-standing auditing firm in Upper Highway. This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified and driven individual looking to advance their auditing career. As an Audit Supervisor, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and reporting on audit engagements for a diverse range of clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

Setting audit plans and monitoring progress
Reviewing audit files under the supervision of the Audit Manager
Reviewing and completing tax return forms
Conducting weekly time sheet reviews
Supervising and mentoring junior staff
Liaising with clients and senior management
Preparing and monitoring budgets for audit performance
Preparing audit quotes
Training and developing trainee accountants
Maintaining and updating audit checklists

Qualifications and Skills

Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle (Non-negotiable)
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting (CTA advantageous)
Completed SAICA Articles (Non-negotiable)
Strong technical knowledge (e.g., IFRS, IFRS for SMEs)

Remuneration

Salary: R18,000 – R25,000 CTC (dependent on experience and qualifications)
