About the Role
Auto Pedigree, a leading supplier of quality, used low-kilometer vehicles with over 70 branches across the country, is seeking honest, trustworthy, and highly responsible individuals to apply for the position of Driver/Cleaner at our Mafikeng branch.
This role is essential for providing an effective transport service in line with our standard operating procedures and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and proper delivery and collection of goods, documentation, vehicles, and customers.
Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant driving experience.
- Grade 12 qualification.
- A valid, unendorsed Code 8 driver’s license.
- Own transport is required.
- Basic computer literacy.
- Must be fully bilingual with effective communication skills in English.
- Ability to read a map.
Key Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean vehicle interiors and exteriors to meet our high-quality standards.
- Conduct vehicle quality control checks, including identifying and reporting vehicles with expired licenses or any other issues that do not conform to our standards.
- Safely deliver vehicles to customers in accordance with established procedures.
- Collect and deliver documentation to and from banks, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain the overall cleanliness of the branch premises.
- Uphold the company’s integrity by behaving ethically and safeguarding the assets and interests of both the business and our customers.
- Perform any other duties as requested by management.
