Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Banking Operations Administrator to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our business processes, particularly those involving financial transactions and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities
Providing Support
You will be responsible for coordinating queries based on business priorities and requirements from various stakeholders. This involves managing communication through appropriate channels, logging tickets via our helpdesk system, and collaborating with relevant teams to resolve issues. You will ensure all relevant parties are informed and prepared throughout the resolution process.
Communication with Stakeholders
Maintaining continuous communication with business stakeholders and clients is essential to this role. You will provide support for logged queries according to company policies and service level agreements (SLAs), ensuring business operations are optimized through timely feedback.
Operational Excellence
You will oversee operational efficiency and workflow management for various business processes. Your primary focus will be ensuring client queries are resolved effectively and business needs are met through appropriate support channels.
Delivery Support
You will manage requirements from stakeholders when applicable and coordinate schedules or timelines related to stakeholder queries and activities. This includes monitoring the progress of logged tickets and queries, providing timely status updates to management and business stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met.
Reporting
You will be responsible for preparing and presenting reports on query volumes and resolution status to business leaders and stakeholders, helping to inform decision-making and process improvements.
