Job Description
Purpose of the Role:
To deliver exceptional customer service and support the daily operations of our fast-paced store environment during the seasonal period.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience for all patrons.
- Stand for extended periods while performing various store tasks.
- Safely lift, carry, and move stock items and equipment as required.
- Thrive and work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Perform tasks that require good eyesight for accuracy and attention to detail.
- Assist with general store duties, including maintaining cleanliness and organization.
Requirements:
- Minimum Education: Grade 10 certificate is required.
- Preferred Education: A National Senior Certificate is advantageous.
- Well-developed literacy and numeracy skills.
- Minimum of one year of experience in a similar customer-facing role, such as a waiter, is highly desirable.
- Must be physically capable of meeting the demands of the role, including prolonged standing and lifting.
- A positive attitude and strong commitment to teamwork.
