Job Objective

SAQA is seeking to appoint four (4) Administrators for Authentication Services to perform a range of administrative duties and functions. These positions are critical to supporting the Authentication Services team and will report directly to the Team Leader: Authentication Services. The successful candidates will provide essential support related to authentication services, including high-quality client service.

Remuneration and Benefits

The all-inclusive remuneration package is between R417,928 and R482,729 per annum. This package includes the employer’s contributions towards Housing, Medical Aid, and Pension. The successful candidate will have the option to structure this total package to include a 13th cheque.

Key Requirements

  • An appropriate, recognised qualification at NQF Level 5.
  • A relevant NQF Level 6 qualification will be a distinct advantage.
  • A minimum of two years of relevant work experience.
  • Previous experience and knowledge of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF) will be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

  • Undertake a variety of general administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of the Authentication Services unit.
  • Render comprehensive support for authentication services, with a strong focus on delivering excellent client service.
  • Maintain and update the electronic filing system to ensure all information is accurate and easily accessible.
  • Process authentication applications efficiently in accordance with established standard operating procedures and provide timely feedback to clients.
  • Assist in the maintenance and continuous improvement of business processes, procedures, systems, and document formats.
  • Keep all information sources, reference materials, and the stakeholder register current and up-to-date.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all client enquiries, providing clear and accurate information.
