About the Job
Adidas is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Permanent Part-Timer to join our team at the Mall of Africa store. This role is crucial in supporting store management with daily operations while delivering exceptional customer service and adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide the highest standard of Adidas customer service to every shopper.
- Process sales transactions accurately, handling cash, credit, and other payment methods as required.
- Assist with product ticketing and verify received items against delivery paperwork.
- Support the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the sales floor on an as-needed basis.
- Help create and maintain attractive product displays, following guidance from the store management team.
- Become proficient in using the point-of-sale system and ensure all transactions comply with company policies.
- Utilize effective selling techniques, such as add-on sales and product knowledge, to meet store sales targets.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding suitable products; may serve as a dedicated greeter during peak times.
- Maintain general store cleanliness and organization.
- Help protect company assets and ensure their safekeeping.
Skills and Experience
- A genuine passion for retail and customer service.
- Ability to take initiative and work proactively.
- Clear, positive, and friendly communication skills.
- Flexibility to work during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.
- Previous experience in fashion retail is advantageous but not essential.

Education and Experience Requirements
