Position Overview
The primary purpose of this role is to achieve sales targets and promote the Auto Pedigree brand effectively within the Mokopane community and surrounding areas.
Minimum Experience
- 2 years of customer service and sales experience with a proven sales track record.
- Relevant industry experience is highly desirable.
Minimum Qualification
- Grade 12 / Matric Certificate.
Minimum Requirements
- A valid, unendorsed Code 08 driver’s license and own reliable transport.
- Computer literacy.
- An understanding of the compliance regulations governing the retail industry is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the area’s most spoken languages is an advantage.
- An understanding of Auto Pedigree’s products and services is desirable.
Important Note: The appointed person may be required to work weekends and shifts.
Key Job Outputs
- Manage daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities.
- Develop a thorough understanding of our vehicle inventory, including their characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Develop the business to reach set monthly sales targets.
- Drive specific strategies to retain and grow the existing customer base.
- Assist with the setup of the showroom and vehicle displays.
- Accompany customers on test drives, ensuring all necessary licenses and documentation are collected beforehand per best practices.
- Manage customer expectations to ensure effective and timely service delivery.
- Demonstrate total commitment to achieving sales targets and business growth by proactively creating opportunities.
- Identify and venture into new revenue streams.
- Ensure customer escalations are managed efficiently and feedback is provided promptly.
- Negotiate terms of agreements and successfully close sales.
