Job Summary

Your primary responsibility will be to ensure guests enjoy safe, comfortable, and efficient transportation while maintaining Hilton’s high standards of professionalism, vehicle cleanliness, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide safe, punctual, and courteous transportation services for hotel guests and VIPs
• Maintain all hotel vehicles in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness and safety at all times
• Assist guests with luggage handling and transfers to and from the hotel
• Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance schedules
• Follow all traffic regulations and Hilton safety policies without exception
• Respond promptly and politely to guest inquiries and transportation requests
• Collaborate closely with the Concierge and Front Office teams during peak periods and special events
• Ensure all driving licenses and vehicle permits remain valid and up to date
• Participate in customer feedback initiatives to continuously improve service quality
• Support sales and promotional activities related to hotel transportation services
• Stay informed about traffic regulations, local routes, and key destinations around Kuching
• Contribute to a safe, healthy, and efficient workplace by following all hotel security and emergency procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a professional driver, preferably in hospitality, travel, or logistics
• Excellent driving record with a valid driver’s license
• Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and professional personal presentation
• Positive attitude with excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic English communication skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts and assist with concierge duties when needed
