Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be a South African citizen aged 18-34 years
- Hold at least a Matric certificate (NQF Level 4); higher qualifications (NQF 5-6) are advantageous
- Be currently unemployed and not studying
- Have less than 12 months of work experience (including part-time or casual work)
- Not have previously participated in a FirstRand or FNB Learnership / FirstJob Programme
- Have a good command of English
- Have no criminal record or blacklisting
- Be willing to complete both the workplace and academic components of the learnership
- Submit a voice note as part of the application (mandatory for screening)
