This role is vital to providing our guests with a seamless and luxurious transportation experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, efficient, and comfortable transit of guests and visitors, embodying the hotel’s unwavering commitment to excellence and superior service.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests upon their arrival and departure, providing assistance with luggage as needed.
- Offer prompt, reliable, and exceptionally courteous transportation services for hotel guests and official visitors.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with repeat guests to personalize and enhance their overall experience.
- Ensure all assigned hotel vehicles are kept impeccably clean, well-maintained, and in a safe operating condition at all times.
- Stay thoroughly informed about all hotel services, amenities, special events, and the specific needs of VIP guests.
- Maintain an extensive and up-to-date knowledge of Madinah’s key landmarks, popular attractions, and major destinations to provide efficient routing and helpful information.
- Safely park and manage guest vehicles within the hotel premises when required.
- Strictly adhere to all hotel security protocols, safety procedures, and health regulations.
- Deliver exceptional guest service with the highest degree of professionalism, discretion, and a positive attitude.
Qualifications and Experience
- A minimum of 2 years of professional driving experience, preferably within the hotel, luxury leisure, or high-end retail sector.
- Must possess a valid, clean driving license and have an exemplary record of safe driving.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests from diverse backgrounds.
- Professional appearance, a calm and patient demeanor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- In-depth knowledge of the local Madinah area, including key attractions and routes, is a significant advantage.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle schedules effectively.
