Job Description

As a Learner Plant Operator, you will be immersed in a comprehensive training programme. You will receive both theoretical instruction and practical, hands-on experience within the power station environment. The programme is structured to give you a deep understanding of plant operations and the various systems involved in electricity generation.

Minimum Requirements

To be considered for this learnership, you must meet one of the following educational criteria:

• Grade 12 with Mathematics (50%), Physical Science (50%), and English (40%)
• N3 Certificate with Mathematics (50%), Science (50%), and English (40%)
• NCV Level 4 with Mathematics (50%), Science (50%), and English (40%)
• National N4/N5 Certificate with relevant Trade Subjects
• National N6 Certificate with relevant Trade Subjects
• A National Diploma, B-Tech, B.Eng, or BSC Eng will also be considered
