Job Description

Motus Retail is looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our dynamic team in Vereeniging as Vehicle Sales Trainees. Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that best suit their needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
• Conduct test drives and provide detailed walkaround presentations, highlighting vehicle features and benefits.
• Learn and maintain up-to-date knowledge about the features, specifications, and pricing of all vehicles in our inventory.
• Support senior sales staff with sales negotiations and work towards successfully closing deals.
• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation related to vehicle sales transactions.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure their satisfaction and to encourage repeat and referral business.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Previous experience in sales or customer service is advantageous but not essential.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple tasks at once.
• A positive attitude and a strong team player mentality.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• A strong willingness to learn new skills and undergo continuous training.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
