Key Responsibilities

As a Young Professional-in-Training, your role will be diverse and engaging. You will be expected to:

• Receive and understand work briefs from assigned mentors or specialists to clearly define and structure your deliverables.
• Execute a variety of project tasks efficiently, demonstrating the ability to work both independently and as a collaborative team member.
• Deliver high-quality outputs that contribute to practical and effective business solutions.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external customers, managing queries and providing timely updates on progress.
• Provide essential administrative and research support to your department as required.
• Strictly adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and the highest ethical standards in the workplace.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality and integrity in handling all company information and tasks.

Qualifications & Experience

To be considered for this prestigious programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Education: A completed Honours or Master’s degree in Operations Research or Statistical Sciences is required.
• Experience: This is a graduate programme; 0–1 year of relevant work experience is acceptable. Recent graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Eligibility: Must be a South African citizen. Applicants must be between the ages of 18 and 35 years.
