A vacancy exists for a Production Manager with over 6 years of experience in the Paper & Pulp/Tissue or Manufacturing/FMCG Industry. This role is located in the Kempton Park area, Gauteng.

Qualifications and Skills

• Degree or Diploma in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Package, particularly Excel
• Knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations
• Physical fitness to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods
• Willingness to work overtime if required
• Clean criminal record (verification will be conducted)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize production schedules
• Monitor production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity
• Ensure all health, safety, and environmental guidelines are followed
• Manage a team of production staff
