Job Responsibilities

• Work within a delivery team of developers to create and maintain software that solves complex business problems for Allan Gray and its clients.
• Engage with Allan Gray’s modern tech stack within an Agile development environment.
• Learn and adopt a host of industry best practices, ensuring your career begins on the strongest possible foundation.
• Participate in coding, testing, and other software development lifecycle activities.
• Collaborate with highly skilled team members to achieve both team and personalized goals.

Qualifications and Eligibility

• Currently completing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Postgraduate degree. A major in Computer Science is preferred. Degrees in STEM fields (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering) with substantial Computer Science coursework will also be considered.
• Must be willing to live and work in Cape Town.
• Must be eligible to work in South Africa.
• Must be available to work full-time commencing in 2026.
