About the Compass Learnership Program
Join the Compass Learnership Program to find direction and purpose in your career. We are offering one 12-month learnership opportunity within our Finance team. This program is designed to provide you with valuable work experience while you complete an Accredited NQF Level 4 Qualification.
The successful candidate must be able to commit to the full 12-month period of the program. The start date for this position is March 2026.

Key Responsibilities
While specific duties will be outlined during the learnership, the role will involve gaining hands-on experience within the Finance department, contributing to real projects, and developing a strong foundation in financial principles within the property sector.
Requirements
- A Degree or Diploma in Finance
- 1-2 years of experience in a finance department and/or the property space is highly advantageous
- A valid driver’s license and own vehicle is highly advantageous
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be highly organized with excellent attention to detail
