Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality meals, fast foods, and sandwiches for our branded outlets, focusing on consistency, taste, and presentation to meet customer expectations.
• Maintain strict hygiene and cleaning standards in the kitchen and service areas to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for all customers and staff.
• Assist with regular stock-takes at the unit to monitor inventory levels and help prevent any losses, following established guidelines.
• Build and maintain excellent relationships with customers by providing warm, sincere, and professional interactions at all times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service consistently, upholding the highest professional performance standards and addressing any customer needs promptly and courteously.
• Prepare each food item quickly yet carefully to ensure both speed and quality, especially during busy periods.
• Keep loss prevention guidelines in mind during all operations, contributing to efficient stock management and reducing waste.
• Adhere to appropriate standards of behavior in the workplace, promoting a positive and respectful team environment.
• Perform other special duties or tasks outside the normal daily routine as needed, within the overall scope of the position, to support the team’s success.
