What You’ll Be Doing

In this role, you will have the chance to engage directly with the business and learn practical aspects of sales support. Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying new customers and prospects to expand our reach in the HVAC and Refrigeration markets.
• Assisting in understanding the needs of current customers and providing the support they require within the industry.
• Conducting prospect activities and proactively collecting essential market information and feedback to help us gain a competitive edge.
• Developing and maintaining a solid understanding of our products, applications, and the industry as a whole to effectively support your daily duties.

Throughout the 12-month internship, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining insights into sales strategies, customer relations, and market analysis. This position is ideal for someone eager to apply their academic knowledge in a real-world setting while developing professional networks.

What We’re Looking For

We want to connect with motivated individuals who are ready to contribute and learn. The ideal candidate will have:

• A fresh degree in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering, providing a strong technical foundation for this role.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, to handle reports and data effectively.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and report writing skills to interact with team members and customers confidently.

No prior work experience is required, as this is an entry-level internship designed for recent graduates. However, any exposure to sales, engineering projects, or customer service would be a plus.
