Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

• Process sales transactions efficiently with 100% accuracy
• Handle cash management including daily cash-ups and safe procedures
• Promote store loyalty programs and current promotions
• Provide professional customer service as brand ambassador
• Maintain updated product knowledge for customer inquiries
• Collaborate with pharmacy team for smooth operations

Shift Requirements:

• Scheduled shifts between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM (rotational roster)
• Potential overnight shifts in 24-hour operation

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Matric Certificate (Grade 12) required
• Minimum 50% in Mathematics and English (advantageous)
• Retail/FMCG experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic math calculations
• Computer literacy (POS systems experience a plus)
