Remuneration Package
Annual Salary Range: R400,944 – R556,836 (T11 Scale)

Position Overview
We seek an experienced administrative professional to provide operational support and supervisory leadership within our Fleet Support Office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to ensure efficient department operations through effective administration and team coordination.
Essential Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
- SAP system experience (preferred)
- Clear criminal record (verification required)
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and records
- Prepare and distribute operational reports
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications
- Supervise junior staff and interns
- Oversee personnel administration and leave management
- Coordinate staff training programs
- Support fleet management operations
- Ensure compliance with municipal regulations

- Strong organizational and time management skills
