Remuneration Package

Position Overview

We seek an experienced administrative professional to provide operational support and supervisory leadership within our Fleet Support Office. This role requires a detail-oriented individual to ensure efficient department operations through effective administration and team coordination.

Essential Requirements

  • Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
  • Minimum 2 years administrative experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Valid Code B driver’s license (advantageous)
  • SAP system experience (preferred)
  • Clear criminal record (verification required)

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative operations and records
  • Prepare and distribute operational reports
  • Coordinate interdepartmental communications
  • Supervise junior staff and interns
  • Oversee personnel administration and leave management
  • Coordinate staff training programs
  • Support fleet management operations
  • Ensure compliance with municipal regulations
