Position Overview
We seek a dedicated Flume Operator to join our production team. This hands-on role requires precision in chemical handling, quality control documentation, and strict adherence to safety protocols in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately dose and test chemical concentrations
- Manage product distribution to production lines
- Maintain thorough quality control documentation
- Enforce safety compliance (PPE requirements, SRO protocols)
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
- Maintain excellent housekeeping standards
- Ensure MECP compliance
- Coordinate effectively with cooking and sealing teams
Who We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in manufacturing operations
- Strong understanding of chemical handling procedures
- Attention to detail in documentation
- Commitment to workplace safety
- Team player with excellent communication skills
- Basic literacy/numeracy skills
