Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately at point of sale (POS)
- Maintain cash handling procedures and till balancing
- Promote Clicks Clubcard membership and current promotions
- Provide friendly, efficient customer service as brand ambassador
- Maintain clean merchandising displays and store presentation
- Stay informed about product ranges and special offers
- Support team members in daily store operations
Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- Grade 12 certificate
- Basic numeracy and computer literacy
- Availability for flexible scheduling including weekends
Preferred Experience:
- Previous retail/FMCG experience
- Customer service background
- Familiarity with POS systems
