Post Title: Court Interpreter

Contract Type: Permanent Position (Performance agreement required)

- Salary Range: R228,321 – R268,950 per annum + benefits
- Language Requirements: English + one of: Setswana/IsiZulu/Xitsonga
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12/NQF Level 4 qualification (essential)
- 3 months’ practical experience (advantageous)
- Valid driver’s license (advantageous)
- Bilingual proficiency: English + 1 local language

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide interpretation services in criminal, civil, and labor court proceedings
- Translate legal documents and exhibits accurately
- Facilitate communication during legal consultations
- Maintain court records and case files
- Prepare statistical reports
- Assist magistrates with case documentation
