Position Overview
We seek a customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic retail team. This role requires a passionate individual who thrives in fast-paced environments while maintaining our high standards of service excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as brand ambassador by delivering outstanding customer experiences
- Exceed sales targets through proactive customer engagement and product knowledge
- Maintain awareness of current fashion and homeware trends in our diverse product range
- Manage stock replenishment and merchandise presentation standards
- Identify new sales opportunities while building customer loyalty
- Resolve customer queries efficiently while upholding company values
- Collaborate with team members to maintain operational excellence
Essential Requirements
- Matric Certificate (Grade 12)
- Retail experience preferred but not mandatory
- Proven customer service skills with natural rapport-building ability
- Numerical literacy for sales tracking and reporting
