Essential Requirements
- Minimum NQF Level 7 qualification (Bachelor’s Degree) in:
- Psychology
- Industrial Psychology
- Preferred Additional Qualifications:
- Honours Degree in Psychology/Industrial Psychology
- HPCSA Registration as:
- Registered Counsellor (Independent Practice)
- Psychometrist (Independent Practice)
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive employment counselling services
- Conduct labour market research and analysis
- Assist with recruitment processes and candidate assessments
- Maintain database of work-seekers and employment opportunities
- Coordinate with employers to verify service quality
- Deliver administrative support to senior counsellors
