Strategic Responsibilities

• Develop security policies for 12+ country operations
• Conduct threat assessments in complex environments
• Lead crisis response during emergencies
• Design and deliver security training programs
• Manage security budgets exceeding $500,000
• Liaise with government security agencies

Essential Profile

• Master’s in International Relations/Conflict Resolution
• 8+ years INGO security management
• Demonstrated crisis management experience
• French/Portuguese language proficiency
• Ability to obtain high-level security clearances

Expatriate Benefits

• Base salary: R75,000 – R95,000/month
