Core Responsibilities

• Direct 24/7 security control room operations and incident response protocols
• Manage technology infrastructure including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
• Develop operational budgets exceeding R2.5 million annually
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and implement mitigation strategies
• Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services
• Prepare operational reports for executive leadership

Mandatory Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or related field
• PSIRA Grade A certification
• 5+ years commanding security operations
• Proven experience with security technology platforms
• Firearm competency certification

Remuneration Package

• Basic salary: R55,000 – R70,000/month
• Performance bonuses (up to 15% annual)
• Vehicle allowance: R8,500/month
