Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and candidates, managing the entire recruitment process.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through sales, networking, and marketing efforts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their industries, cultures, and hiring needs.
- Create and place job adverts across various platforms, including websites, newspapers, and social media.
- Utilize headhunting techniques to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Screen, shortlist, and present suitable candidates to clients.
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and salary negotiations.
- Provide guidance on market trends, compensation, and career development to both clients and candidates.
- Consistently meet or exceed recruitment targets and business development goals.
- Regularly review and improve recruitment strategies to ensure effectiveness.
Requirements
- Matric certification is required.
- Relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.
- Excellent command of English.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must have own reliable transport.
Computer Literacy
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel).
