1. Goods Receiving & Inspection

Inbound Logistics:

Unload 25+ daily trucks using dock levellers and pallet jacks

Inspect incoming goods against purchase orders (3-way matching: PO/delivery note/physical goods)

Document damages/shortages via discrepancy reports (DR01 forms)

Apply barcode labels per GS1 standards

Record receipts in WMS (Warehouse Management System) within 2 hours of arrival

Assign stock to quarantine area for quality control holds

2. Storage & Inventory Organisation

Warehouse Optimisation:

Organise pallet racking (6-tier selective racks) with 1.2m aisle clearance

Maintain bin location accuracy in WMS
