Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will serve as the go-to expert for technically driven water valve solutions across the municipal, industrial, and utility sectors. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the full sales cycle, from preparing tenders and technical quotes to promoting advanced valve systems.
  • Delivering training, presenting customized proposals, and visiting client sites to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to stay informed on regulations, quality standards, and market trends.
  • Expanding the client base and meeting ambitious targets while supporting sustainable water infrastructure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A Matric and a diploma in Business Management (a mechanical or environmental engineering degree is a strong advantage).
  • 5-10 years of technical sales experience in the water sector.
  • A sound understanding of valve applications, water quality standards, and compliance.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel.
