About the Role

BKB is committed to innovative and forward‑thinking practices. We are looking for a motivated intern who can provide solid administrative support to our Cradock Livestock Team.

The role involves maintaining accurate records, handling invoices and credit notes, assisting with auction administration, and performing general office duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate and timely administrative processes.
  • Capture and distribute invoices and credit notes.
  • Assist with auction administration and reconciliation.
  • Maintain accurate records of client lists.
  • Prepare and manage auction programs.
  • Implement all amendments to auctions.
  • Perform receptionist duties and general administrative tasks.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a National Diploma in Business Administration (N6 FET College) or equivalent, or seeking experiential training to obtain a diploma.
  • Proficiency in Afrikaans and English (both spoken and written).
  • Valid driver’s licence.
