About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results‑driven salesperson to join our team. In this role you will sell products to customers, build strong relationships, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Your Responsibilities

• Conduct sales activities to meet and exceed sales targets
• Generate income and maximize profit through excellent customer service
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
• Attract and retain customers by effective merchandising
• Process cash and credit transactions in line with company policy
• Handle customer questions and concerns with a customer‑centric approach

Key Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• 7–12 months of sales experience, preferably in retail
• Good teamwork, self‑motivation, and drive
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills
• Effective interpersonal skills and initiative
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
• Understanding of sales and prospecting processes
• Basic retail knowledge and product knowledge across categories
• Ability to take action, display courage, confidence, and emotional maturity
• Personal resilience and high energy
