The Programme
This 18‑month fixed graduate programme will commence in early 2026. You will be paired with a mentor who will support your learning and help you navigate the business. You will experience a range of business functions and develop real‑world skills in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Key Learning Areas
- Personal development – time management, teamwork and leadership skills
- Understanding business operations and departmental functions
- Brand & Corporate Communications – copywriting, design, photography and video production
- Job rotation across departments to broaden exposure and flexibility
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Media Studies, Communications, Brand Marketing, Advertising, Design or a related field
- Strong graphic design, photography and video skills
- Willingness to relocate for job rotations and work away from the base location using your own transport
